The hotel's location within the national park was a definite highlight, and the staff were generally helpful when it came to organising transport and activities. The fact that the room was generally quiet and clean was also appreciated.
The room was lacking in basic amenities such as a fridge or kettle, and the wifi was unreliable at best. The overall maintenance of the hotel was also lacking, with cracked walls and loose electrical sockets.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the national park! The location was amazing, right in the heart of the park. I loved being able to explore the beautiful surroundings and had quick access to all the park's facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist me with anything I needed. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a flat-screen TV and sitting area. The hotel grounds were stunning, with a lovely garden area and a sun terrace where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The free Wi-Fi was also a bonus!
I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious stay in the national park.

Well located in the national park. Extremely helpful staff. Quiet rooms with clean bedding and towels. Lovely grounds with quick access to park facilities. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Nice and new room with functioning amenities. Secure parking available

The hotel's location in the national park is convenient and provides easy access to boat trips and guided tours. the staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. the rooms are relatively quiet and the bed sheets and towels were clean.
The communal areas and kitchen were dirty and not well-maintained.

the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was great for accessing the park's facilities and taking part in outdoor activities like kayaking. It was also lovely to take a stroll down to the beach, which was a mere 30-minute walk away.
My overall experience was quite disappointing. the room had a horrible smell of stale cigarettes, and there were no amenities such as a kettle, fridge, or even wifi.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of the national park. Best aspects were the cleanliness of the hotel, availability of hotel facilities, excellent parking area, and easy transportation options. Plus, we were delighted with the location in the middle of the park, surrounded by nature. The staff were extremely helpful and professional during our stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.
